We provide industry-standard formats: PSD, AI, and EPS for vector work; high-resolution PNG/JPG (300 DPI) for raster assets; and PDF documentation. Specific formats and licensing terms are listed on each product page in our Etsy or Shopify store.
POD means we produce your item only after you place an order. No inventory, no waste. Production typically takes 2-5 business days, plus shipping time. Each product description includes estimated delivery windows. We partner with fulfillment centers to print and ship directly to your door.
Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once files have been downloaded. However, if you experience technical issues with your download or receive corrupted files, contact us within 7 days for a replacement or store credit.
POD items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if defective, damaged, or misprinted. Since items are custom-produced per order, we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or incorrect sizing unless the error was on our end. Please check sizing charts and product descriptions carefully before ordering.
Every product listing includes a specific license type. Most digital assets come with a commercial license allowing use in end products for resale (e.g., printed merchandise, client work). Always review the license terms included with your purchase. Extended licenses are available for high-volume manufacturing.
After checkout on Etsy or Shopify, you'll receive an instant download link via email and on the order confirmation page. We recommend backing up your files immediately upon download. If you lose your files, contact us with your order number for a re-send.
